routing tool from faller

Hey, check out this tool made by Faller, German company that makes faller system for model railways.

I also looked at this many times, but never tried it, I has a friend selling it and he told me that we couldn't get new routing wheels for it, I think this sound stupid if that's correct.
But if anybody buy it lets us know how it work.
