Alternate Battery

Just an open question... why AAA cell batteries and why not 3.7v LiPol such as the Storm 3.7V 700 mAh LiPo?

I can't speak for Wes, but I do know that swapping out the AAA's is much faster than any battery with a plug. That may have been a factor.
