And making a dock for the ESC can also work well.

A little bummer.
The ESC in the picture can only be calibrated ONCE. So if youneed to move it to an other receiver/transmitter you may and up with a offset trottle center eg. neutral.

No need to ask how I found out.

Gluing those ultra small esc to the motorpod makes it a clean install.
Just need to cut some excess wires.
