New ESC

I recently came across a new esc from Bangood which arrived yesterday. Had it running within the hour and it looks very promising. It is - '2.7a 1S dual way micro brush esc 3.3 - 6v winch reversing with overheat protection with wires'
Cost was £5.41 plus postage.
You can just about see it above the motor on the photo, it's only about 9mm x 12. The brake works perfectly, not too strong and reverse works without the two trigger movements. The extra good factor is, for me, that it is fitted with a std. jst socket for the receiver and leads for the motor. Not sure what it is intended for - winches are on boats I believe!, but so far it is working well Discussing body mounting yesterday prompted me to try the horizontal front pin again, as can be seen here. This worked well, saves the cost of 2 magnets and is easy to do and I shall continue to test it.
