Good work Markus. What are you using for stub axles and bearings? The front wheels of a new magracer wobble on the stub axles. Do your wheels wobble with the new bearings? Please post a photo of the wheel, bearing, and stub axle. Would also be helpful to know the brand of the wheels and bearings.

hi all, the frontwheels are out of the fujimi kit of a 190e mercedes, in the first try, the holes i drilled, are not exactly in the middle , and the screws where a little smaler than the holes. so the wheels could wobble a lot. i made some bearings out of such tubes, like i send you. so the tubes are running on a long way on the screws, and its more stabilizised. i mean that the wheels can not turn so much on the screws. fotos will show you. i never did anything with the frontaxle, in all of my cars its a stock magracing part. i only played with the wheels , the magnets, and the guidearm. the importants point to run straight, without wobbeling is the point were the wheel runs on the track. it has to be as near as possible , or better exactly at the axleturnpoint. my selfmade tubes are not perfect, but to reduce the space between tube and screw, is very much better. it dont looks like the car is much faster than the 1:32 cars in the video, and the quality is to bad to see it, but it is. and there is quiet in the frontaxle at high speed. i cant find such little ballbearings that fits in the wheels, to make it perfect. but with my tubes its a controled driving, the lanechanges are working and nearly no shimmy, only sometimes a little bit at very high speed, but mostly nothing. try it with a center magnet in front of the guidearm, that will hold the guidearm better in a straight positon. so i eleminated shimmy on some cars, were it was very bad.
