Re: New MagRacing track
That one corner looks awfully tight. What is the minimum radius that you intend to use?

Re: Cars : Which cars do you want to see produced.
I'm working on my RTR chassis and are interested to know what would be the car models most wanted. If you have a favorite and even know of where to get the body. Please make a reply and add link where to get it. This would be of great help in pushing MagRacing on track again. Personally I like cars...

Re: The Magic of Lane Change Plates
Lane change plates are easy to make from any steel plate .006” to .010” thick. The side of a tin can (the kind used for soup and fruit) could probably be used. Cut to desired shape with tin snips. Then roll flat with some kind of roller. Rolling pin (used for rolling pie dough) or wallpaper seam rol...

Good looking body and chassis Wes. Now you need to design that chassis with an adjustable wheelbase.

Re: 1/24 scale 2.4g Magracing.
Wes, your car appears to handle very well. What size magnet did you use in the steering arm to follow the guide wire in the track? Also, what is the diameter of the guide wire in the track?

Re: Availability of Cars
Jim, It’s difficult to fit an LMP body like the one pictured below, to a magracing chassis, but it is possible. https://i1371.photobucket.com/albums/ag318/nedphillips46/IMG_20190313_121519_zpsf5vlb0tb.jpg This kind of body with deep NASA ducts in front restricts the left and right turning of the fro...

Re: Working again, reset your cookies
I finally figured out how to login to the updated forum. For those of you like me, who are not familiar with the details of web browser software and cookies, here is some additional info. If you can’t login to the updated magracing forum, you need to delete only the cookies for magracingforum.com wh...

Re: track building
@Ned: what do you mean, that there are hundreads of cars, which are not used anymore? Does everybody give up this hobby, or change to slotcars? I know that Wes Raynor, the original developer of MagRacing, sold hundreds of cars. Wes sold that business to Martin Price and Martin’s business partner wh...

Re: track building
Thanks Keld. I would be interested if you do have a spare car you could sell me. I am not sure what to do now. If it is not possible to buy new cars, in particular ones with an adjustable chassis, I can see little point in continuing to build my track. I will put it on hold for a while while I cons...
