By the way, I have created the chassis in Google SketchUp, a free program that is very easy to use. I can recommend this program to everyone who want to get started with 3D design.

My test track is now 3 x 120 cm. I have 3 test plates on the floor in my workspace. For the surface if use the plaster method and I like it because it gives a very realistic track surface and with the right paint it looks great.
