hello,you have to push the magnet half of a millimeter down, and screw this half mm. up ,so you get space to the screwhead .i had that problem too, and didnt know what it was.until i have seen the scratches on the screwhead.20 seconds work problem ade.

hello together, i think i woud try to cut the wire in short pieces.laying and glueing,and then cutting with a dremel.so every little piece can expand in the sun.the little cut wont small the magnetpower. i think about thermik problems ,because i want to built outdoortrack too.the lenght of the piece...

hi ned, i would replace both gears, because i think they are both worn.its more on the little gear. i am afraid you will worn the new gear very fast if its not perfectly runs in the old spurgear.you can pull the piniongear from the motoraxle with a little violence.it will not hurt the motor .the new...
