Re: Wes , what you going to charge for lap counter system?
Hey Wes, have you thought about possibly doing a Kickstarter for the lapcounter? ( http://www.kickstarter.com/ ) It might be a nice way to get a bit of funding for the initial tooling needed. Just an idea, not sure if you've heard about kickstarter before. It's a great service, I've backed a lot of ...

Re: Sauber Mercedes C9
We'd probably pick one up if you made one. It would be great if it had uprights for a wing, but even without it, it's nice looking. A bit modern look is appreciated for the younger of us out there.

Re: Another interesting non-slot car project...
I saw this when I was watching the Keynote (big time Apple pro user) and thought it was a nice gimic, but what they were really showing off here was what developers could acomplish with the power of an iPhone. (This is a developers conference after all.) These will likely be no different from the sm...

Re: Wes "knows" magracing
I am using card for my new Targa track (see Targa posts) because I like to do a small section and test it. That way I can check each lane change (there will be 15 of them!) and know that I am getting them right. Wes R Interesting... Is that the purpose of the cardstock Wes? Raudi and I couldn't fig...

Re: Adjustable chassis.
Something to keep in mind... the whole chasis could be redesigned to be much smaller, more compact, lighter, heavier, thinner, taller... whatever. But most likely any of these configurations would be at an additional cost. The number one thing Wes has to do to have good adoption when these cars are ...

Re: FREE TEST TRACK!
Oo fun. Someone will be joining us. I'll be there helping demo and teach people. Will be fun to meet with some people. I agree that while it is a short track and only has a few turns, it's not so few as to not be fun... and also enough to show the true potential that magracing brings. I agree with y...

Re: TRACK PLAN
Thank you Kuipo for all the advice. It is true that I draw circuits SLOT with narrow roads and to avoid blocking the cars I thought install barriers feeder (such as TCR circuit). Otherwise I will try to broaden the channels and redo a single stroke to keep the philosophy of Magracing. For me I find...

Re: TRACK PLAN
I think it's a neat layout but after building our track I have some feedback for you. I don't want it to sound like I'm picking your design apart or saying it's bad, so bear with me... 1. There's a lot of looping back on itself, which is good for fitting more track on the board, but it also means th...

Re: Lots of new bodies just arrived (New and old)
We ordered from http://www.pattosplace.com/ They're located in Australia, so shipping to the US cost quite a bit. That's why we decided to go with so many at one time (to cut down on shipping costs). The whole order was about 113$ USD. Sounds expensive until you realize we ordered 16 bodies (and rec...
