Looks nice.
I suppose the bigger scale also means that you prefer a bigger track?

Re: Wes's Adjustable chassis.
Not taking in consideration the vac forming did you ever consider using a bar over the length of the chassis and hanging everything on that? That way with such a short battery if you manage to decrease the electronics a bit you can also put the battery diagonal or in the length of the car.

I suppose it is the CR123 instead of CR127?WesR wrote: The slightly more space inside these body styles enabled the use of the CR127 battery which is more easily available than the 10440 and also seems, to me, to be more reliable in the protected form.

Re: Wes's Adjustable chassis.
if you start changing stuff why not include a minor change to the steering even though perfect steering is not required with magracing:

seems a very simple and easy adjustment.

When you have multiple sections it also needs to detect the sections in order and that way knows if one needs to be counted or not.

Re: 1/24 Talbot-LagoMagracer
So nice to see goodlooking racers. By moving the receiverboard on top of the you have 'ruined' use of lapcounting ? :-) good point =) Pros : You can do timing both ways - (and get false recording running opposite way around.) what about placing 2 leds behind eachother? then you can determine direct...

Re: operating frequency
It is 868MHz which is popular for garage door remotes, alarm systems etc. so if your neighbour's garage door keeps opening and closing, you know why! thanks a lot for your reply. I immediately ordered a rf 868 receiver/transmitter board. Can you supply the technical information on how the cars are ...

Re: 5 Autonomous 1 chasing and Race CoordinatorDigital lapco
Well done Kim. Nice to see 6 cars running. I tried out your idea of pre-setting the speed by pushing the trigger into reverse when fitting the battery when videoing my 1/24 car. It took a few tries to get the speed right (there is a hill in my track!) but eventually it worked well. Can you provide ...

Re: Suggestions Sought for New Chassis Design
I'm interested in partnering with Wes to offer this new chassis as a kit with all of the parts needed for assembly and mounting to a body. Would also like to offer it as a ready-to-run chassis and perhaps a ready-to-run car, with injection molded & detailed body. I've also considered offering a...
