Re: My 1970 Ferrari 512 S

Very impressive! How much more do your cars weigh than the original Mag Racing cars? Is this a problem for going up a slope? Does the added weight add some stability to your cars? Now all we need for this hobby is a sound module like electric R/C airplanes: https://www.modelsoundsinc.com/index.php B...

Re: Magracing under new management

I'm just now getting back to adding the wires to my track and then some simple landscaping.

I hope that the new cars will have some compatibility with the old Magracing setup as I've already spent a considerable amount of time and money for my track. I would hate to have to tear it up now.

Re: Hello from Arizona (Tucson)

Wow! We have at least two Magracers in and around Tucson!

I live in Oro Valley and I need to complete my track (I have some work in progress photos in the track building part of the forum).

There is also another hobbyist in Sedona who has a beautiful outdoor track.

Sincerely,

Bert

Re: Magracing news

Keld, So will Wes' Magracing web page come back up again sometime soon? I hope that this hobby is still going to be around as I have invested some time and money in making a track (that I need to complete). Everyone I show this to is really amazed at this hobby. I think key to making it take off and...

Re: Which MAGracing Forum is which?

Mikael, Thanks for clarifying what each web page (forum) is for. I really like what you are doing. I think there is value in both. I just know from other hobbies that when you have multiple "sites" that some of the good discussions can get lost. I need to complete my track - which is next ...

Which MAGracing Forum is which?

I accidently found another MAGracing web page:

http://magracer.com/site/

It has a nice style to the web page.

It also has a forum.

Should this forum and the other site merge? It might help focus the discussions for this hobby.

Sincerely,

Bert

Re: Stow Away Tables!

I can now get back to working on my track after a long hiatus!

I completed my garage. Now I have the perfect venue to race cars on my track.

You can see my stow away MagRacing track on the left hand side of the garage.

Enjoy!

Re: Stow Away Tables!

I am still putting the final touches on our garage - once that is done I can get back to completing my stow away MagRacing setup. Sorry this is taking so long! Once it is done - the location will be perfect for my race track!

Enjoy:

Re: Stow Away Tables!

Thanks! I still have so much to do before it is complete - so the track will have to take a back seat until I get everything there done. I've had this on my "to do" list for over a decade - better late than never!
